If you're having trouble logging into Lighthouse, here's everything you need to know to log in or reset your password:

1) Log in at the right place 

Make sure you're at the right site URL:

2) Your username is your *work email*

Not sure what to log in with? Try your work email.

Not working? Double check for any typos, and then try any other forms of your email may be correct.

  • At some companies, you'll have you could have JEvanish, JasonEvanish, and JE @GetLigthhouse.com as your emails. If you forget try each of those.

3) Forget your password? Reset it!

 If you have forgotten your password, then just click "Forgot your password?"

On the next page, enter your email and click "Reset password" and you'll be sent an email with a link to reset your password. (IMPORTANT! For your security, the email reset link works for only 6 hours.) 


If you have trouble resetting your password, here's some common solutions:

  • Confirm you are on the proper domain (see US vs. EU in step 1).

  • Confirm you have no typos in your email you entered.

  • Try entering all variations of your work email until you get the confirmation the email was sent.

  • Check your spam folder in case the reset email ended up there.  

4) Setting a new password

Click the link, "Change my password," in your password reset email within 6 hours of receiving the email. (Missed the window? Just do another password reset)

This will take you to a window to choose a new password. Save it somewhere secure so you remember next time. 

The rules for our password to protect your account are:

  • Passwords must be *at least* 8 characters long.

  • We accept all of these characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and [email protected]#$%^&*-+?<>,.;:\"'|{}[]
